Miles Taylor, M-Pak Tactical – VP Law Enforcement Sales

Miles has 15 years of experience in the Tactical Industry. From 2007-2010 he trained First Responders and Military personnel at Texas Tactical Training Group, LLC in basic and advanced Rappelling Courses. He also assisted with Basic SWAT, Patrol Rifle and Tactical Medic Courses. In 2010 he enlisted in the United States Army as an Infantrymen holding position such as Rifleman, S.A.W Gunner, Vehicle Commander and Team Leader. Miles deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan 2011-2012 with 1/25th SBCT. After an Honorable Discharge in 2014, he worked his way from Firearms Manager to Store Manager of Spartan Tactical Gear, LLC until 2017. He is currently assisting Federal, State and local First Responders with procurement of uniforms, body armor and tactical equipment as V.P. of Law Enforcement Sales at M-Pak Tactical. With practical application and extensive product knowledge in the industry, he is a crucial member of the M-Pak team.

Chad Whiteley, Tactical Sales

Chad joined the M-Pak Team in 2021 bringing with him many years of experience and extensive knowledge in the Tactical industry. He attended Howard Payne University and UT University San Antonio. From 1993-1997 he served in the U.S. Air Force Security Police K9 division; in 1999 he began service as U.S. Border Patrol Agent/K9 handler until 2015. Chad joined the team at Defender Outdoors managing firearms sales from 2015-2019. In 2019-2021 he was production lead at Emist Disinfection Solutions. At M-Pak Tactical, Chad uses his practical experience and immense knowledge working closely with First Responders in federal, state, and local divisions in the procurement of uniforms, body armor, and tactical equipment. Chad is married and has an 18-year-old son.

Industrial Packaging Sales

Justin Streeter, V.P. Strategic Programs

Justin Streeter has worked as a government procurement specialist for nearly two decades. Prior to joining M-Pak, Streeter was a government contract coordinator for a global manufacturer, responsible for all GSA, DoD EMALL, DoD ECAT, DAPA as well as additional contractual vehicles. His extensive experience with contract negotiations makes Streeter a valuable player on the M-Pak team. He’s a Massachusetts native, a huge Red Sox fan and a current resident of Greenfield, Massachusetts.

Rhonda Baker, Customer Service – Packaging

Rhonda Baker joined the M-Pak team in 2011 with many years of customer service and sales support experience. At M-Pak, Rhonda is focused on building strong relationships with clients. In addition to client relations, she is responsible for order requests, quotes, and general troubleshooting. Rhonda has recently moved back to her home state of Louisiana after living in Texas for many years. Working remotely has been very successful, she is a customer favorite and an important asset to M-Pak. Rhonda is active in a local non-profit revitalizing her city. She and her husband are parents to two four-legged children: Boots and Dak.

Becky Frias, Customer Service – Packaging

Becky joined the M-Pak Team in 2015. She brought with her over 15 years of tactical gear experience and customer service. Becky began with M-Pak as tactical retail store manager, in 2019 she moved her organizational skills from tactical retail to M-Pak’s packaging supply where she executes the fast-paced multi-faceted details of government contract orders. Becky has the never give up attitude and continues to streamline production by implementing new techniques. Becky has been married to the love of her life since 1992, has three children and looking forward to grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and cruises with Australia being her ultimate destination.

Cally Anderson, Tactical Sales Team Manager

Cally has been with the M-Pak Team since 2020. Cally has a vast knowledge of M-Pak’s products to efficiently provide all your tactical needs from sizing, ordering, building quotes, receiving, she sees that the job gets completed to perfection. Cally’s 20 years of experience as departmental manager of a large corporation has enabled her to succeed in M-Pak’s rigorous pace and contribute innovative procedures to continue its rapid growth.

Kelly LAST NAME, Tactical Sales Team Associate

Kelly joined the M-Pak Team in 2015. She thoroughly enjoys her contact with people and M-Pak’s service-oriented environment. With more than 30 years of customer service experience, Kelly’s customer-focused approach and sociable nature have earned her multiple customer service awards during her career. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in M-Pak’s tactical products and services. Her strengths in problem solving and effective communication has developed a vital relationship with her customers. Kelly’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, and a people-first approach are invaluable to M-Pak. Outside work, she enjoys traveling-having traveled to several countries in Latin American and Europe, watching movies with her family, and winning on family game night.

Jessica LAST NAME, Tactical Sales Team Associate

Jessica joined the M-Pak Team in 2021. She served 5 years in the Marine Corps (2010-2015) stationed at Camp Pendleton as an 0111 Administrative Specialist. Jessica has a degree from Lincoln Tech and an Associate of Arts degree from TCC. Her experience and knowledge are an asset to M-Pak’s tactical team and a valuable resource for its customers.

Nichole LAST NAME, Tactical Sales Team Associate

Nichole joined the M-Pak Team in 2021. She brings with her over 15 years of customer service and retail experience along with her expertise in engraving. Nichole has an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education. She enjoys her three dogs, traveling, helping people and volunteering at animal shelters.

Michael Figiel, Receiving/Customer Service

Michael joined the M-Pak Team in 2021 as a member of our retail sales team; he is also vital in procuring our tactical gear for accuracy and availability. He is our youngest team member and brings with him a stringent work ethic and immense motivation. Michael previously worked with services members at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, TX. There he assisted in logistics for recreational therapy and off-site programs for service members returning from tour. He received an associate degree from Weatherford college and is continuing his education at UTA. In addition, Michael holds several certifications that profits the M-Pak Team.

Medical Sales

Michael Shedd, V.P. Product Development

Michael Shedd is a veteran of the Army and Army Reserves. Following his service, he used the Army College Fund and G.I. Bill to attend both the University of Texas at Austin and Arlington where he earned his BA in Chemistry and Russian in 1995. In addition, he is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute School of Russian. In October of 1995, Michael started his career with the Fort Worth Police Department. While there, he earned his Master degree in Criminal Justice in 2011 from Tarleton State University and holds a Master Peace Officer’s license with TCOLE. Michael is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute and the FBI National Academy. He is the former lieutenant of the Information Management Section of the Fort Worth Police Department and former commander of the S.W.A.T. section where he oversaw a 26 person full time team. After over 25 years of service, Michael retired as the Deputy Chief over Operational Command in the Finance and Personnel Bureau which included Communications, Training and Professional Standards. Michael has served as an adjunct instructor at Tarleton State University since 2011 and teaches graduate level electives in the College of Criminal Justice. Michael stays active in the community, and serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Parenting Center, is the president elect of the East Fort Worth Business Association, and serves on the steering committee for the PAC Focus on Students.

Alterations

Kathryn Kilgore, Alterations Lead

Kathryn joined the M-Pak Team in 2019 and has worked with the Boulware and Cooley families since 2017. She brings to M-Pak many years of experience in personalization and monogramming. Kathryn oversees all alteration orders and operations, program and design embroidery, heat transfer, and engraving orders. Her precise attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, work ethic and exceptional customer service ensures all orders are completed to perfection. Kathryn has a degree in nutrition and exercise sport science from Texas Tech University and likes to travel, eat, drink, and spend time with her family.

Maria Munoz, Alterations

Maria has been with the M-Pak Team since 2015. She is an expert seamstress that can execute any alteration requirement. She brings over 20 years of alterations experience. Maria’s exceptional skills and attention to detail are crucial in providing remarkable customer satisfaction. Outside of work she enjoys time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Reina Munoz, Alterations

Reina joined the M-Pak team in 2018. She is an expert seamstress with extensive experience in implementing skilled and precise alterations. She brings over 15 years of alterations experience. Reina loves spending time with her family, cooking, and dancing.

Maggie LAST NAME, Embroidery

Maggie joined the M-Pak Team in 2018. She plays a vital role in our embroidery department executing our state of the art six-head embroidery machine. Maggie previously supervised an efficient team at a large company for 21 years. Her talent and organizational skills along with her strong work ethic makes Maggie an exceptional team member. She enjoys her two beautiful daughters and gardening.

Lisa LAST NAME, Accounting

Lisa joined the M-Pak Team in 2017. She has been certified and practicing in accounting for 15 years and brings her expertise to M-Pak’s multi-faceted financial system of government contracts and retail system. She successfully manages the packaging, tactical and medical divisions finances. Lisa is a valuable member or our M-Pak Team.

Shipping

Jason Turner, Warehouse Manager

Jason joined the M-Pak Team in 2021. He has experience in shipping since 2009 during which he trained, supervised, and lead productive teams. He has expert knowledge and training in all things shipping and handles each shipment efficiently and timely. Prior to his shipping career, he was a proud first responder serving as a firefighter for 2 years. Jason is married with 3 amazing kids.

Admin

Janice Mulliniks, V.P. Administration

Janice joined the M-Pak Team in 2015 as personal assistant to the infamous Debbie Cooley. She also holds the position of V.P. Administrator in which she utilizes her organizational skills. Previous to M-Pak, Janice worked in dentistry for 20 years as an RDA with several specialty certifications. She has been involved as a leader with Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Young Life, and with CASA of Parker County as a court appointed advocate. She has created and chaired several events for Aledo High School where her 3 amazing daughters attended; and then on to supporting TCU, Univ of Alabama, and Loyola Univ of Chicago. Janice loves the challenge of assisting the fast paced and rapidly growing M-Pak and its incredible Team!
